Project Navodaya is a social entrepreneurship initiative by Enactus ADGIPS centered on waste-to-wealth, sustainability, and inclusive development. The project addresses environmental waste challenges while creating structured livelihood opportunities for marginalized communities.

Under Navodaya, textile and reusable waste materials are upcycled into value-added, market-ready products such as bags, keychains, and lifestyle utilities. Each product is designed to be sustainable, affordable, and purposeful — reinforcing the idea that waste is a resource with untapped potential.

Social Impact Model

Production is carried out in collaboration with partner organizations supporting underserved groups, including women in correctional facilities and local artisans.

Economic Empowerment

Through structured skill engagement and consistent work opportunities, participants gain both financial stability and social confidence.

Self-Sustaining Growth

Revenue from product sales is reinvested to expand operations, enhance quality, and scale long-term impact.
